Dominic "Cold Black" Littleton




19 year-old Dominic "Cold Black" Littleton passed away Monday night, December 20th 2004, due to a gunshot wound to the head.

Dominic was among the top-ranked amateur boxers in the United States. A member of Oak Cliff Boxing Club, an elite amateur gym in Dallas, recognized for excellence by USA Boxing. Dominic was coached and trained by Greg Hatley.

Early in life Dominic and his brother Antwon were residents at the Buckner Terrace Foster Home. The Littleton family of Oak Cliff then became foster parents and eventually adopted both brothers.

After living for some time with Coach Greg and his family, Dominic later moved in with a team mate and friends in the Highland Hills Apartments.

Dominic, two of his teammates and Coach Hatley are the stars of Sweet Science: A Boxing Documentary produced and directed by Chris Howell a local Dallas artist.

Dominic's family and his teammates at the gym are struggling to provide Dominic with the service he deserves to commemorate the life of such a talented and promising young man who left this world much too soon.
